Rawform is a UAE-based innerwear brand creating soft, minimalist bras, underwear, and everyday essentials that sit quietly in your routine. We focus on comfort, thoughtful design, and materials that are kinder to your body and the planet.
We’re based in the UAE. Our products are designed here and crafted with trusted manufacturing partners abroad.
Rawform is for people who care about how things feel, not just how they look—professionals, creatives, and everyday humans who want comfortable, modern basics they can wear on repeat.
Some pieces are designed specifically for women or for men, while others are more fluid and can be worn by anyone. Each product page will clarify the intended fit and style.
Not yet. Rawform currently sells online only, so you can shop from the comfort of home.
2. Products & Materials
We prioritise soft, breathable, and lower-impact materials—especially natural and plant-based fibres chosen for skin comfort and durability. Each product page lists the exact fabric composition so you know exactly what you’re wearing.
Yes. We work with carefully selected factories that follow recognised international standards, including ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 14001 (environmental management). Many of our materials are produced in facilities that follow textile standards such as GOTS and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, which help ensure safer processes and fabrics for your skin.
Our fabrics are chosen with skin feel in mind—soft, smooth, and breathable. However, if you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please check the fabric composition on each product page and consult a professional if needed.
No. All of our bras are currently wireless. They’re designed to offer support and shape without rigid underwires, so you can move and breathe more freely.
Our bras come with removable pads. You can wear them with the pads for extra coverage and shape, or remove them for a more natural feel—whatever feels most comfortable for you.
Our products are pre-tested to minimise shrinkage when cared for as recommended. Because many of our pieces use natural fibres, we strongly recommend washing in cold water and following the care label to help keep shrinkage low and your pieces looking their best.
Rawform pieces are designed in the UAE and produced with trusted manufacturing partners overseas who meet our standards for quality, working conditions, and environmental practices.
We work with suppliers and factories that follow textile standards such as OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, which help ensure fabrics are tested for certain harmful substances and are safer for everyday wear.
3. Sizing & Fit
Use our Size Guide, which includes measurement instructions for bust, underband, waist, and hip. Grab a soft measuring tape, follow the step-by-step guide, and match your measurements to our chart.
If you’re between sizes, think about how you like things to fit:
- Prefer a snug, held-in feel: choose the smaller size.
- Prefer a more relaxed feel: choose the larger size.
If you’re still unsure, contact us with your measurements and we’ll help you decide.
Every brand fits slightly differently. We recommend checking our size chart rather than relying only on your usual size. A quick measure now can save you from returns later.
Yes. If you’re unsure about your size, you can email or message us with your bust, underband, waist, and hip measurements. Our team will help guide you to the closest Rawform size based on your preferences.
Yes. We’re building our size range based on real feedback and demand. If you don’t see your size yet, please let us know—it genuinely helps us plan future collections.
4. Ordering & Payment
Browse our collection, choose your size and colour, and add items to your cart. When you’re ready, go to checkout, fill in your delivery details, and complete payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
We accept major debit and credit cards, along with any other local payment options shown at checkout. The available methods will be displayed before you pay.
If cash on delivery is available, it will appear as an option at checkout. If you don’t see it, it means COD isn’t currently offered for your location or order type.
Usually, only one promo code can be applied per order. The checkout page will show you which discounts are valid.
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. If you need to adjust something, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we’ll do our best to help.
Please reach out to us immediately with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it. If it’s already on the way, we’ll advise on the next steps.
5. Shipping & Delivery (UAE Only)
Rawform currently delivers within the UAE only.
Orders typically arrive in 1–5 days within our Standard Delivery Zones in the UAE. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Delivery fees (if any) are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.
If express options are available, you’ll see them at checkout along with estimated delivery times and fees.
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link or tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow its journey.
Not at the moment. Rawform currently delivers within the UAE only. If you’d like us to deliver to your country in the future, please join our mailing list so we can keep you updated.
Our delivery partner will usually contact you to reschedule or attempt delivery again. Please make sure the phone number you provide at checkout is accurate and reachable.
6. Returns & Refunds
Rawform currently delivers within the UAE only, with orders arriving in 1–5 days within our Standard Delivery Zones.
Enjoy free returns on all eligible products within 14 days of delivery. We’ll refund the full price you originally paid for the item (excluding delivery fees) once the return is approved.
For hygiene reasons, all underwear items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check our size guide carefully before purchasing these items.
We’re currently not offering direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size or colour, you can return eligible items for a refund and then place a new order in the size or colour you prefer.
You can request a return through our Returns page, where you’ll be guided through a simple online process (powered by Return Prime). Just enter your order details, select the item(s) you’d like to return, and follow the prompts.
No. Returns on eligible items are free within the UAE when initiated through our official returns process.
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment for the full price of the returned item(s), excluding delivery fees.
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll process your refund. For credit card and online payments, it typically takes 5–10 working days for the amount to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. We’ll send you a confirmation once the refund is processed on our side.
We’re sorry if that happens. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description of the problem. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our policy.
Underwear is a close-to-skin item. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot resell returned underwear. Making these items final sale protects our customers and keeps standards consistent.
Every return has a footprint—extra transport, repackaging, and waste. We gently encourage you to choose thoughtfully and keep what you love. Fewer returns mean less waste and a lighter carbon footprint for all of us.
7. Product Care & Longevity
To keep your pieces soft and long-lasting, we recommend:
- Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water
- Use a mild detergent
- Wash with similar colours
- Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
- Avoid washing delicate items (like bras and underwear) together with heavy or rough fabrics such as denim, towels, or garments with zips and hooks, as friction can damage the fibres
Always follow the specific care instructions on the label of each garment.
We strongly do not recommend using a tumble dryer for bras and underwear. High heat can damage elastic, weaken delicate fibres, and shorten the lifespan of your pieces. For best results, gently reshape and air-dry your bras and underwear flat or on a line, away from direct sunlight.
Most pieces don’t need ironing. If you do choose to iron, use a low heat setting and avoid direct contact with elastic, lace, or printed areas. Always check the care label first.
With proper care and regular rotation, your pieces are designed to stay soft and supportive for a long time. How often you wear and wash them will naturally affect their lifespan.
8. Sustainability & Packaging
We’re not perfect, but we are committed to doing better—choosing softer, lower-impact materials where possible, designing pieces to last, and making mindful choices about packaging and production.
We keep our packaging simple and minimal on purpose. Depending on the type of packaging needed, we use:
- Recyclable materials, where possible
- Packaging that uses EcoPure additives, which are designed to help certain plastics biodegrade under specific landfill conditions
We aim to protect your order without unnecessary waste and are continuously exploring better options as we grow.
We focus on fewer, better pieces you’ll actually wear. By choosing thoughtfully, caring for your garments, and returning only when necessary, you help reduce overconsumption and waste.
Our current collections do not use leather or wool. If we ever introduce animal-derived materials in the future, we’ll clearly mention them on the product page so you can make an informed choice.
9. Accounts, Newsletter & Loyalty
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account, however, makes it easier to track orders, save your details, and view your order history.
Click on the “Account” or “Login” icon on our website, select “Create account,” and follow the steps. It only takes a minute.
Click “Forgot password?” on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Yes. We’re building a community through the Rawform Comfort Council—our member space for people who care about comfort and want to have a say in what we create next. As a member, you may be invited to share feedback, take part in surveys and fit tests, and enjoy occasional rewards for helping us design better comfort. You can learn more and join by visiting our Rawform Comfort Council page on the website.
You can join by entering your email in the sign-up form on our website. You’ll receive updates on new drops, restocks, and stories about comfort and conscious living.
10. Promotions, Gifts & Gift Cards
If available, digital gift cards will be listed as a product on our website. You can purchase them like any other item and send them to someone special.
Enter your promo code at checkout in the “Discount code” box and click apply. If the code is valid, your total will update automatically.

- The code’s expiry date
- The spelling and spacing
- Any terms and conditions (such as minimum spend or specific products)
