Delivery Policy (UAE)
1. Service area
- Rawform currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only.
2. Delivery partner
- Orders are shipped using Aramex or another trusted courier service.
- All parcels are door-to-door with tracking and delivery confirmation.
3. Order processing time
- Orders are usually processed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days after your payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery timeframes (within the UAE)
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery timings are:
- Major cities (e.g. Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman):
Approx. 1–4 business days - Other emirates & remote areas:
Approx. 2–7 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (such as weather, peak seasons, or access to certain locations).
5. Shipping fees
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and any ongoing promotions.
- Any delivery promotions or free shipping thresholds will be clearly indicated on our website or at checkout.
6. Delivery attempts & undeliverable orders
- Our courier will contact you via WhatsApp/phone using the mobile number you provided to arrange delivery.
- If the courier is unable to reach you or complete delivery after reasonable attempts, the shipment may be:
- Held at an Aramex location or locker for collection, or
- Returned to Rawform.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated missed delivery attempts, we can:
- Reship the order (additional delivery fees may apply), or
- Cancel the order and refund the product value only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
7. Order tracking
- As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.
- You can track your shipment online through the courier’s tracking page.
8. Damaged or missing items
- If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Ask the courier to make a note, and
- Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the outer packaging and the item.
- For any missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate with the courier.
